Tigo cloud connect advanced kit (CCA) - Includes 1 x TAP

Essentially, the CCA is plugged into AC power and connects to your internet router via Wifi or direct connection with a data cable. The TAP is installed on the rooftop in the middle of the solar grid and is connected to the CCA via a Cat5/RS-485 cable. The Cat5/RS-485 cable used must be installed in a method that is rated for outdoor use and UV resistant to prevent any weather damage. TAP communicates wirelessly with each Tigo Optimizer and monitors the system using the Tigo SMART app.

If your solar array is very large or is shared across multiple roof sides or there are physical barriers between solar modules, you may need additional TAPs. When you use additional TAPs, they are connected together using Cat5/RS-485 cable. Most small residential systems use a single TAP if all the solar modules are together on the roof.
Each TAP accepts up to 300 optimizers within a 35 meter radius, without physical barriers.
Each CCA accepts up to 7 TAPs with a maximum of 900 optimisers per CCA. If you install more than 900 optimisers, you can simply add more CCAs.

• Output: 24VDC @ 1A

The power supply for Cloud Connect Advanced consumes less than 1A, so they can be installed on GPO circuits.
